We collect information necessary to operate Sweet AI and deliver gifting services, including:

Customer Information: name, email address, phone number, billing and payment details (processed by third parties).

Recipient Information: names, shipping addresses, personalization inputs for gifts and AI videos.

Likeness & Content Data: names, scripts, voice samples, images, or likenesses submitted for AI-generated videos; metadata associated with generated videos and QR codes.

Technical & Usage Data: IP address, browser type and device information, interaction data (for site performance and troubleshooting).

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information.

All payments are processed securely by third-party payment processors (such as Stripe). We do not store full credit card numbers. Payment processors handle information according to their own privacy and security policies.

We use personal information to: create and manage Gifting Identities; generate AI video messages; fulfill and ship gifts; process payments, SweetBucks pack purchases, and Auto-Replenish renewals; communicate regarding orders, shipping, and account activity; operate, maintain, and improve Sweet AI; comply with legal, tax, and regulatory requirements. We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.

When you submit names, images, voices, or other likeness-related data: you confirm you have the legal right and consent to submit such information; you authorize us to process and store this data to generate AI-based video content. AI-generated videos are synthetic representations and may not exactly replicate real individuals. Generated videos and related data may be stored to support delivery, replays, troubleshooting, or future gifting activity.

Sweet AI relies on trusted third-party platforms to deliver its services, including but not limited to: HeyGen (AI video generation); QR code generation and hosting platforms; Stripe (payment processing); shipping carriers and logistics providers; automation, fulfillment, analytics, and data management tools. We share only the minimum information necessary for these providers to perform their functions. Each provider operates under its own privacy policies.

We may contact you via email or text message for: transactional communications (order confirmations, shipping updates, account notices, Auto-Replenish renewal notices); marketing communications, only if you opt in. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time or stop SMS messages by replying "STOP." Transactional messages are required to operate Sweet AI.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to: operate Sweet AI; support ongoing gifting and account functionality; maintain business, accounting, and legal records; resolve disputes and enforce our Terms. Where legally permitted, data (including AI-generated content and associated metadata) may be retained indefinitely for legitimate business purposes.

You or your recipients may request deletion of personal data or AI-generated content by contacting us at hello@jordanscookies.com. Requests are reviewed and processed in accordance with applicable U.S. law. Certain data may be retained if required for legal or operational purposes.

Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights regarding your personal information, including the right to: know what personal information we have collected about you; request deletion of your personal information; correct inaccurate personal information; and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Sweet AI is not intended for children under the age of 18 without parental or legal guardian consent. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we become aware that such data has been collected without appropriate consent, we will delete it as required by law.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal information, including encryption and access controls. However, no system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

We may use cookies and analytics tools to understand how users interact with our website and improve performance. You may control cookies through your browser settings. Our website does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" signals.

If Jordan’s Cookies or Sweet AI is involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy or a successor policy with equal or greater protections.

Sweet AI is intended solely for customers located in the United States. We do not knowingly process personal data from individuals outside the U.S.
