Sweet AI enables customers to send gourmet cookie gifts paired with AI-generated video messages accessible via QR codes. Customers create a Gifting Identity through a one-time setup process and may purchase SweetBucks packs on demand to send gifts throughout the year. Sweet AI is offered exclusively to customers located in the United States. We do not offer international service or shipping.

A Gifting Identity is created for a one-time, non-refundable setup fee. The Gifting Identity enables AI-generated video messages associated with gifts you send. Setup includes configuration, processing, and system integration with third-party platforms. This fee is not a subscription, not recurring, and not refundable once processing begins.

SweetBucks are purchased in packs, available on demand or via optional Auto-Replenish (see Section 4). SweetBucks represent a unit of value, not a one-to-one exchange for a specific gift. Different gift boxes, flavors, packaging options, shipping methods, or customizations may require different amounts of SweetBucks. The amount required for any gift will be displayed at the time of selection or checkout. SweetBucks have no cash value. SweetBucks are non-refundable and non-transferable.

SweetBucks purchased in a pack expire on December 31 of the calendar year in which they are purchased. Expiration dates are displayed within the app for each balance. Unused, expired SweetBucks are forfeited and are not eligible for refund, extension, or conversion. It is your responsibility to use SweetBucks before they expire. SweetBucks issued as part of a Membership allotment are governed by Section 3B.

Membership plans include a monthly allotment of SweetBucks issued at the start of each billing period. Unused allotment SweetBucks roll forward once, to the end of the month following the month in which they were issued, and are forfeited after that. An allotment issued in December does not roll into the following calendar year and is forfeited on December 31. Allotment SweetBucks are not eligible for refund, extension, or conversion, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Membership plans are billed in advance. All Membership charges, including annual prepayment, are final and non-refundable, and the no-refund policy in Section 6 applies to Membership in full.

Auto-Replenish, an optional recurring repurchase of a selected SweetBucks pack, is no longer offered. Existing enrollments have been discontinued. Any SweetBucks previously obtained through Auto-Replenish remain subject to Section 3A.

Jordan’s Cookies reserves the right to: adjust the number of SweetBucks required for specific gifts; introduce premium, limited, or custom offerings requiring additional SweetBucks; modify packaging, shipping, configurations, or fulfillment methods that affect SweetBucks usage. Such changes do not affect previously redeemed SweetBucks and do not entitle customers to refunds, replacements, or price adjustments.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. This policy applies to, without limitation: Gifting Identity setup fees; SweetBucks packs; Auto-Replenish purchases; shipping, personalization, and AI services; and custom One of One projects. No refunds, returns, cancellations, or SweetBucks-to-cash conversions are permitted for any reason.

Gifts ship to U.S. addresses only. Delivery timelines vary by carrier, destination, and seasonality. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, weather, customs issues, or force majeure events. Lost, damaged, or undeliverable packages are not eligible for refund or replacement. Undeliverable gifts may be discarded or returned at the sender’s expense, at our discretion.

You are responsible for ensuring all recipient information is accurate and complete. Errors, duplicates, incomplete submissions, or incorrect data may result in generic or incorrect video messages. Sweet AI is not responsible for issues caused by user-provided information.

By submitting any name, image, voice, likeness, or script for use in Sweet AI, you represent and warrant that: you have the legal right and authority to submit such information; all required permissions and consents have been obtained; if the individual depicted is under 18, lawful parental or legal guardian consent has been secured.

You grant Jordan’s Cookies a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, process, generate, store, display, and deliver AI-generated video content solely for the purpose of providing Sweet AI services. You acknowledge that AI-generated videos are synthetic representations and may not perfectly replicate any real individual.

Sweet AI uses third-party platforms that impose their own age restrictions and consent requirements. By creating a Gifting Identity or submitting content, you represent that: you are at least 18 years of age, OR you have obtained verifiable parental or legal guardian consent where required. Jordan’s Cookies does not independently verify age or consent and relies on your representations. Any violation of age or consent requirements may result in suspension or termination of service without refund.

Sweet AI relies on third-party platforms to deliver its services, including but not limited to: AI video generation platforms (such as HeyGen); QR code generation and hosting platforms; payment processors (such as Stripe); shipping carriers and logistics providers; automation, fulfillment, and data management tools.

By using Sweet AI, you acknowledge and agree that your use of the service is also subject to the applicable terms, conditions, and policies of these third-party platforms. You agree to comply with all such third-party terms, including HeyGen’s Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policies, content moderation rules, and age requirements. Jordan’s Cookies is not responsible for third-party outages, content restrictions, moderation decisions, policy changes, or service limitations.

You may not submit content that includes: hate speech, harassment, or discrimination; violence, threats, or illegal activity; sexual, explicit, or exploitative content (especially involving minors); intellectual property violations; defamatory, misleading, or fraudulent statements. Violations may result in suspension or termination of service without refund.

Custom "One of One" projects (bespoke gifting campaigns for events, brands, or high-profile occasions) are subject to the same no-refund, non-cancellation policy described in Section 6, in addition to any project-specific terms, timelines, and SweetBucks estimates provided during the custom project consultation process.

By using Sweet AI, you consent to receive: transactional communications (order confirmations, shipping updates, account notices); marketing communications, only if you opt in. You may unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time. Transactional communications are required to operate the service.

Personal data is used to operate Sweet AI, fulfill gifts, and support services. Where legally permitted, Jordan’s Cookies may retain data indefinitely for operational, legal, compliance, and business purposes.

All Sweet AI branding, packaging, systems, workflows, software integrations, and concepts are the intellectual property of Jordan’s Cookies and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

Sweet AI products and services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jordan’s Cookies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to Sweet AI.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jordan’s Cookies from any claims arising from: content you submit; likeness, consent, or age-related violations; violations of law or third-party platform terms.

Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive the right to participate in class or collective actions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, and apply only to customers located in the United States.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes apply prospectively and will be posted on this page.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Jordan’s Cookies regarding Sweet AI.
